• Account and identity data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years after Account closure, as required for AML compliance;
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years;
• Customer support communications are retained for three (3) years;
• Marketing consent records are retained for the duration of your Account and for two (2) years following opt-out.

After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with 5jlg's data disposal procedures.
